The City of Bondurant has adopted a new long-range comprehensive plan named Building Bondurant – Comprehensive Plan 2040. The new comprehensive plan addresses land use, housing, commercial and industrial development, sustainability and the environment, transportation and mobility, parks and recreation, and community facilities and services. The Building Bondurant Comprehensive Plan can be divided into three main phases:
Analysis + Review
An assessment of the existing conditions in Bondurant including socioeconomic data, land use, transportation and other features
Public Engagement
Public engagement is key to identifying a vision for Bondurant and will obtained through many engagement opportunities
Adoption + Implementation
The new comprehensive plan will provide a guide to implement the vision and recommendations included within the plan
